Summary
Full template rebuild: every template-owned file deleted, then
common/→docker/→common-versioning/→common-versioning-docker/re-applied in layer order. Non-template files (Dockerfile,CHANGELOG.md,CONTRIBUTING.md) untouched.build-version.yml+publish.yml+ the reusabletest-build.yml/code-quality.ymlpair); no docs publisher.checks.ymlremoved — the template'stest-build.ymlnow carries thepull_requesttrigger,paths-ignorelist andconcurrencygroup it used to hold, and callscode-quality.ymlfor prettier + hadolint.AGENTS.mdandREADME.mdblanked, becausecommon/ships both as empty stubs.PLACEHOLDERS.md:<image>→general-ci,<owner>→modernleft. The# docker.io/<dockerhub-owner>/<image>line was dropped rather than substituted — this repo does not publish to Docker Hub, and that line sits inside a|block scalar where#is literal text, so metadata-action would receive it as an image name.Test plan
