Add a homepage mention linking git-pages static hosting at modernleft.page, e.g. "Host a static site at <you>.modernleft.page".

• User site: repo <user>/<user>.modernleft.page, branch main -> https://<user>.modernleft.page
• Project site: repo <user>/<project> with a pages branch -> https://<user>.modernleft.page/<project>
• Public repos are served openly; private repos need the visitor's forge token
